To secure your reservation, a Security Deposit payment is necessary. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract, following a property inspection.
What is the contract duration?
The lease contract offers flexible duration options, ranging from 2 to 6 months. You can choose the timeframe that best suits your needs.

I am currently renting an accommodation at Portobello Student Home.
What is the notice to leave before the end of my contract?
If you wish to leave the property before the contract end date, you have the option to transfer the contract responsibility to another person, subject to approval from the company. This ensures that someone else takes over the remaining period. Failure to transfer the contract may result in the loss of your deposit.
How does the deposit refund and check-out process work?
Your check-out will be considered complete when you vacate the property and return the keys to our office. An inspection will be conducted after check-out, and if everything is found to be in order, we will initiate the deposit refund process within 14 business days after check-out. Please ensure that the bed/property is clean and organized to avoid any deductions for cleaning. To formalize your check-out, you need to send your bank details via email.
